Specs:

18inch Travel Strapped with 10inch shocks not included

Approx 5 over per side and 1.25 inch forward to clear tires and firewall.   37's require some trimming

Fits 2.5 coilover, 3.0 Bypass.  10" travel with Supplied shock Towers.

86" trackwidth with 17" Method Wheels.

7/8 FK heim Upper arm pivots.

1" FK Upper uniball

1.5" FK Lower Uniball pivots at Spindle

Front kit is right at 67 5/8" Snout block hub mount to hub mount

With D44 hubs it is right around 74" WMS to WMS

Snout blocks available in a 12 x 4" pattern to run D44 6 bolt spindles OR a race hub that uses the 12x4" pattern snouts with 3/8" - 24 threaded holes

D44 or Toyota Solid Axle spindles with IFS hubs to replace weak unit bearings for more strength and serviceability.

I have used Toyota solid axle hubs BUT the track width is narrower.  All Toyota hubs you do have to machine the OD of the toyota hub to slip the tacoma rotor over it.  I use a large lathe to do this but any machine shop can perform this if you don't have the tools to do so.

Available in Standard Toyota 6 Lug or Ford 5x5.5 Pattern if changing rear axle to 9inch

Going to Ford 5x5.5 pattern runs a slightly larger rotor which is supplied BUT a 17" rim or larger is required for caliper clearance.

Urethane Bushing inner pivots with thick .250 wall bushing sleeve

Heim Steering with Billet Clevis, 3/4" FK inner heim and 7/8" FK outer heim pivots

When selecting NO HUBS, the snout blocks are machined for Toyota Solid Axle Pickup spindles OR D44 12 bolt pattern spindles, which can be 6  lug chevy ,TTB fords with 5x5.5 Pattern OR you can run a race hub with a 12 x 4" pattern bolt on spindles. 

If No hubs are selected please let me know if going 5x5.5 pattern and I will let you know the year/make/model for the rotors I run that fit Tacoma Calipers, OR i can sell you the rotors for $130 a pair brand new.

Designed to run Factory Tacoma Calipers with moutning holes drilled out to 1/2"

Base kit when selecting NO HUBS I can weld on the caliper mounts for you BUT you need to ship me One Hub, spindle with bearings and spindle nut, as well as a rotor for me to put caliper mounts in correct spot for your setup.

Upper arms mount on top of factory frame to eliminate factory anti dive built into upper arms for Increased performance and driveability.

All Grade 8 Hardware provided to install kit.

Removal of Factory coilover tower is required for install. 

Towers come unwelded and reccomend fitting in place and tacking before removing to fully weld.  The straight longer tab that wraps the side of the frame is for the inner rear tab of the bypass while the straight tab that goes onto of the frame is for the inner front tab for the coilover.

Race style bushing and Uniball Wrap Upgrade:

We have an option since some feel it's necessary when racing that we wrap the uniball cups AND inner LCA .250 Wall Bushing Tubes with some 1/8" thick plate.

NOTE:  WE setup for factory tacoma calipers but if you wish to run custom rotors or calipers than we will provide kit without caliper mounts for you to customize on your own.  No caliper mounts shown in some photos below.  Also Kit Is available without Towers BUT hubs setup if you want to run a custom engine cage or different length shocks.  ALSO can use Camburg or equivalent race hubs if desired.

 

The kit and towers are designed around a king or fox length 2.5x10" travel coilover and equal length bypass shock.  I have ran a 2.5 coilover and 3.0 bypass on this kit without any clearance issues.  I run a 500lb short 4 or 6" spring with a 600lb lower spring.  Works awesome and sets the ride height in middle of travel
