TT Motorsports custom front and rear Bronco gas tank into F150/F-series truck mounts.

Remove rear gas tank and spare tire under the bed of your F-150 and install a larger 33 Gallon bronco tank.   I do this for better weight transfer, extend range or remove front tank to link your truck and keep it smog legal.

Simply get a Bronco gas tank from Bronco Graveyard that is same year as your truck.   This will keep the fuel line size's the same and keep the lift pump, or single high pressure pump in the tank like the 1990+ model trucks/bronco's use.

If deleting the front tank simply find the aluminum 3/8” and 5/16" Quick Disconnect fuel line plug and and plug them in.  I sourced them on Ebay for my personal truck.

These are what I used on my 1995 F-150

You will need the cut the 2nd crossmember on the bed flush with bottom of the bed AND tighten the top mounting straps all the way for the bronco tank to clear the truck bed.  Then install the rear mount onto the frame and bolt front mount with tabs sitting ontop of the frame and tighten that down.  Then drill (2)  3/8" holes through bottom frame rail to install the front conversion crossmember mount onto the truck.

Use factory truck filler neck and bronco filler hose into the tank.

Ships Raw steel and come's with 3/8" hardware and lock nuts.

This kit will take 1 week or so to build and ship

NOTE:  I have only installed this onto bricknose and aeronose truck 1987-1996 F150 trucks.   Research from online and measuring trucks in my yard the bullnose 1980-86 trucks it should work as well.  2 or 4x4 rear frame is the same.
